Frequently asked questions
Is there really no minimum?
For personalisation (single names, initials, monograms or numbers), no minimum quantity applies. One piece is welcome.
Logo embroidery is different. That has a 10-unit minimum.
Can I supply my own items?
Yes. But please ensure garments or items are new. Additional charges may apply for customer-supplied items.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 weeks depending on the quantity and current workload. If you have a specific deadline, let us know when you enquire and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
