FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why does my logo need to be digitised for embroidery?
Embroidery machines can’t read regular image files. Your logo needs to be converted into a set of stitch instructions, to tell the machine, where each colour goes, in what order, at what density and angle.
That’s what digitising does. It’s a specialist skill and a one-time job per logo.
How much does digitising cost?
The setup fee is a one-off per logo, based on size, complexity and stitch count. Send us your artwork and we’ll come back with a quote.
Do you keep my digitised file on record?
Yes. Once your logo is digitised, we keep it on file so future orders with the same logo don’t need to be re-digitised.
